Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible and help people access the support they need.

As a registered NDIS service provider, Australian Carers are experts at navigating the process.

After a phone chat about your current situation, one of our experienced team members will meet with you for a consultation in the comfort of your own home. Together we will work out what services and supports you want to access with NDIS funding to achieve your goals. If necessary we may also refer you to an advocate to act on your behalf with the NDIS – a service you are not charged for. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you or your family might have!

Once your funding is approved and Australian Carers has constructed a tailored care plan based on your Care Needs Assessment, you will see the difference a quality provider makes to your NDIS experience.
