Role Overview- As the Rockhampton Engagement Manager, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of our services in the region. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about revitalizing disability support services. Your extensive experience in the NDIS industry, coupled with the ability to form and maintain professional relationships will be crucial to your success in this role.

– Drive successful growth and development of business operations in the Rockhampton region
– Ensure that service provision aligns with our organisational vision and business standards
-Cultivate and maintain robust relationships that enhance the quality and effectiveness of service delivery
– Leverage of your industry contacts and networks to promote business growth and development
-Demonstration of dedication to cultural competency and respect for individuality across various cultural contexts.
Qualifications and Requirements-
-Proven experience within the NDIS is an essential requirement of this role
-A track record of building and maintaining relationships that contribute to effective service provision
-Proficiency in utilising established industry contacts and networks for business growth
-Ability to navigate the intersect between ethical human service provision and successful business outcomes
-Strong commitment to cultural competency and valuing individual diversity
-Applicants with a Plan Management or Support Coordination background are encourages to apply
-Strong attention to detail
-You must be working or have worked in the NDIS sector to be considered for this role
