Role Overview- As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of services. Your dedication will directly impact the quality of support we offer to both our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities-

Management of administration tasks, facilitating the efficient operation of services.
Collaboration with staff team to ensure consistent and appropriate support for participants
Fostering of positive relationships with clients and support workers in line with our participant-centred philosophy
Leverage of experience in community based support rostering to value add to processes.

Qualification and Requirements-
– Prior experience in human service community based support rostering is highly regarded

-Strong time management skills thriving in a face paced environment

-Ability to establish respectful relationships with clients and support workers

-Outstanding problem solving and efficiency in task management
